Customer Support Policy

All our extension packages include 6 month of free support from the purchase date.
Support will be provided only through our support system (HelpDesk).

Our response time is 48 hours. Support services will be provided Monday through Friday between 10:00 and 19:00 (CET).

Although we allow customization of our extensions by customers, we will not be able to provide support services and guarantee for customized extensions. Nevertheless you may purchase additional professional support services for any customized extension.

Our extensions meet Magento programming practices and we test them thoroughly with the versions of Magento that are stated on the product page. Although, we cannot guarantee the full compatibility of our extensions with other 3rd party extensions on your website.
In the case of compatibility issues please open a support ticket through HelpDesk.

Product Upgrades

We provide our customers with free upgrades of the purchased extension that are limited to the product version branch. Upon purchasing a product version N.x you receive free updates for the version brunch N. (N.x, N.x.x). After an update is available it becomes downloadable within your "Downloadable products" area when you  are logged in.

Any bugs detected and reported will be fixed as soon as possible.

Support services do not include installation, customizations and installation of upgrades.
